There's nothing like a good cocktail on a hot summer day. Made in USA vodka is my spirit of choice, and I love Tito's Handmade Vodka. Here are four quick summer cocktail drink recipes with vodka we love.

Poteet Punch
- 1 1/2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 3/4 oz Paula’s Texas Lemon or other limoncello
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh limejuice
- 3 ripe strawberries
In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle strawberries and simple syrup. Add Tito’s, limoncello, lime juice and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or serve over ice in a small rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a fresh strawberry.
Tito’s Lonestar Lemonade
- 1 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 1 oz. Limoncello
- 1 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
- .5 oz. Agave Nectar
- 1 ea. Lemon Squeeze
Fill a mixing glass to the rim with ice. Add Tito’s, Limoncello, Sweet & Sour. Squeeze a lemon wedge into the mixing glass and then discard. Shake three times and pour into a sugar rimmed Poco Grande glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Liberty Lemon Fizz
- 1.5 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- 2 oz. Italian Lemon Soda
- 1 basil leaf
Add Tito’s and fill the rest of the glass with Italian lemon soda. Rub a basil leaf in your palms to release oils and place in the glass as a garnish as well as a lemon wheel if you wish.
Tito’s Sunshine
- 1 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
- .5 oz. Chambord
- 3 oz. Sweet & Sour
- Squeezed lemon wedge
- Dash of grenadine
In a glass stir to combine all ingredients. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

I love Tito’s vodka with four-muddled limes, club soda and a splash of either tart or sweet cherry juice. Very low carb and calorie.
I’m so impressed with both the recipes and the idea of local vodka.
All of these seem like wonderful recipes, I would enjoy the Poteet Punch. I would even drink everything with or without the vodka.
I’ve had Tito’s before and it is good and makes a great cocktail. I’d like to try the Lonestar Lemonade! Yum!
