Farmstead Decor N More is a company that makes measuring spoons in the USA
It’s a real disappointment that there isn’t a company that makes a serious , commercial-grade, set of stainless steel measuring spoons. I am looking for an American-made set starting at 1/64 tsp (for precise cheese making), so heart-shaped stainless and a wooden set of standard measuring spoons don’t meet my needs. Really, America, we aren’t serving ourselves very well.
Also, I concur with observations in other posts that many companies falsely represent products as “made in American.” Many products turn out to be made by a US company but manufactured elsewhere and just assembled in the U.S., or just shipped from the U.S. Other times, the advertising language leads to a false conclusion, or includes outright lies. Another problem is that companies move their manufacturing, such as some of the All-Clad line, but the public doesn’t realize it.
My husband refuses to use products (even gifts) that aren’t made in America, which causes a huge dilemma when no one makes the item he needs. How does he manage? He orders vintage brands on ebay.
I am grateful for websites that try to collect lists of products made in USA, but it is difficult to find such products and stay current with manufacturing practices.
Note to manufacturers: There are a growing number of Americans who will pay a little extra to buy Made In America, and a growing awareness that we don’t want to be dependent on global diplomacy to bake a cake.
BeehiveHandmade.com Cherry Blossom measuring spoons do seem to be made in the US in Rhode Island, but they do not honor the discount code USALOVE even if you follow the link to their store from your page. The link brings you to their home page. Maybe that is part of the problem. Thanks for your pages, btw. I recently complained to Amazon about a website which claimed to be part of Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program that claimed it was listing US made measuring spoons, but was linking to Chinese made measuring spoons sold on Amazon. Frustrating.

Oh wow, how strange! I literally JUST emailed a complaint about that same thing about 5 minutes ago!!! I have been on a search for a MAGNETIC set that is made in the USA, and the one on their list (of supposed Made in the USA measuring spoons) is made in China! I clicked on the link in their list, so it was definitely the set they recommended. UGH!!! So frustrating….and wrong!!
I have come across so many websites and Amazon shopping links that falsely claim products are made in USA.!!It is soooo wrong!! I make sure to report them.
Sometimes we might have a company wrongly listed usually because they change their manufacturing location and we didn’t know, or because they were making false claims. We make sure to let our readers know if a product is made or assembled in the USA so consumers can make choices based on facts.

Are the American Metalcraft ones still made in USA? I found them for sale here https://www.webstaurantstore.com/american-metalcraft-mssf75-4-piece-stainless-steel-measuring-spoon-set/124MSSF75.html and the picture shows “India”. So disappointing! I’ve been looking for USA-made stainless steel measuring spoons and cups. I have to avoid pewter due to metal allergies.
